New students registration guide

 

A. Selection criteria:

1. Students 5 to 7 years of age

2. Kindergarten or primary school students

3. Registration fee: $10
4. Pay non-refundable deposit (2 months): 100 (The student must pay a $100 non-refundable advance tuition deposit to reserve a spot at the school)

 

 

B. Enrollment checklist:

1. Fill in the registration form

2. A copy of student’s baptismal or birth certificate

3. Four full color photos, with 30mm (width) X 40mm (height) size
